Service Contracts
Our renowned service agreements offer you a wide range of benefits. For example, DMC can approach you proactively for inspections, and can deliver a certificate with the guarantee that you can safely sail according to the latest safety requirements.
A service contract with DMC also has economic advantages. Depending on your service contract, labour and minor maintenance costs can be included in the contract at no extra charge. A substantial discount can also be given on additional materials for more extensive maintenance.

Service Agreements
DMC Service agreements are valid for DMC delivered systems.
Flexible agreement models are designed to give mutual benefits for our customers focused on safe operation, economic aspects, quality and costs.
DMC will therefore give weight to availability for service personnel, spare parts, training, documentation, diagnostics and periodic maintenance, as well as customer benefits cost wise.

Safety Certificate
A periodic check of manoeuvring systems has been highly recommended by the Dutch Council of Transport Safety since an investigation concerning accidents with inland vessels. Many of these accidents happen due to rudder defects caused by lack of maintenance and/or poor refits. A very important recommendation from the official investigation is a periodical inspection for manoeuvring systems.
Our deliveries conform with the most stringent internal procedures and our experts make sure all hydraulics, piping and electricity are properly installed.
