Environmentally friendly production

Thanks to our in-house developed fabrication system, each nozzle diameter is produced as sustainably and economically as possible by means of the ‘spinning method’. This involves a process of mechanical cold moulding that results in a complete, single-weld profile. The fully automatic process can go up to a diameter of eight meters with all types of (stainless) steel. The spinning method minimises lead-time and our ecological footprint. Hence, both production method and practical use of a DMC nozzle significantly reduces your carbon footprint.

Our in-house range includes the following models: Optispec, VG 40 and the best-known nozzle in the industry: the Optima. With its reduced noise vibration level and high thrust, both forward and reverse, this model makes all the difference in shipping.
