With our 24/7 global service network, we perform service jobs all around the world and on all ship types. This time we were asked to perform a maintenance job on a yacht (60 x 12m), since it was time for its 15-year docking.

The yacht, built in 2006, is equipped with two of our high-lift BARKE® flap rudder systems. Together with our trusted USA representative Ships Machinery International, a complete overhaul of both rudders was successfully performed, which made them perform and look as good as new. The necessary overhaul has significantly increased the lifetime of the rudders, which ensures many more years filled with safe and manoeuvrable journeys.
