From our state-of-the-art facility in Hardinxveld-Giessendam, the Netherlands, Damen Marine Components designs, builds and installs high quality integrated hydraulics solutions. We deliver both production and custom hydraulics to serve all aspects of the maritime sector, including a global service and maintenance network to ensure that our products perform at their best 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Our proposition in the field of hydraulic components and services was broadened significantly after the integration of the hydraulics specialist group WK Hydraulics in 2019, adding 40 years of specialist experience. After the integration, DMC shifted from offering hydraulics solely for steering gear to offering hydraulic solutions for the entire vessel.

The range of standard production and custom hydraulic systems includes:

• Contamination and flushing of hydraulics

We dedicated a specific department within DMC for the sales and engineering of hydraulics, in which Dimitry Hofman, Area Sales Manager, is the team lead. Dimitry and his dedicated team have completed and centralised the hydraulic integration and are ready to enter the market with the expanded range. “With our new and improved hydraulics portfolio we are able to fully support our customers in ways we couldn’t do before.
