Damen Marine Components Gdánsk Welcomes Jong Management Flevoland

Nineteen young entrepreneurs recently visited the production location of Damen Marine Components Gdánsk (DMCG). Jong Management Flevoland is a large networking association of young businessmen and women located in the Netherlands, their focus lies on personal and business growth with the aim to exchange knowledge and experiences.

Slawomir Gieron, Managing Director of DMCG, introduced the entrepreneurs to the history of DMC and gave a tour of the facility. Cultural and business differences between Poland and the Netherlands were discussed and valuable experiences were shared.

DMC continuously tries to interest the younger generation by participating in educational events. Not only in the area of our main locations in the Netherlands, but also in our foreign branches.
