Damen Marine Components (DMC) has announced new strategic service partnerships with GF Marine Consults and Oil States. Through these collaborations, DMC combines its innovative solutions with the technical expertise and local market knowledge that will enable it to provide advanced services, meeting the evolving needs of the US maritime sector.

Local presence
To support distribution of its products in the USA, DMC began a collaboration with GF Marine Consults last year. The organisation assists European maritime companies to gain a presence in the American market. GF Marine Consults acts as DMC’s representative in the country, providing access to its extensive experience and robust local network. The cooperation enables DMC to provide tailored maritime solutions to vessel owners and operators, as well as shipyards in the USA.

Building on this foundation, DMC further developed its offering to the US market, formalising a collaboration with Oil States. The company will act as a service hub, operating among others from Houma, Louisiana, enabling DMC clients in the US to benefit from rapid response times, reliable technical support, and local expertise.
