DMC is a leader in nozzles for optimising ship performance. As our core product, we offer a wide range of models and sizes for inland shipping, dredging, fishing and terminal industries.
Our nozzles are central to complete hydraulic steering and manoeuvring systems and are customised to customer requirements. In close consultation with our sales and design experts, we analyse each vessel’s operating profile. Based on this, the nozzle is produced in our own factories in Poland and China.

Environmentally friendly production
Thanks to our in-house fabrication system, DMC nozzles are produced sustainably and efficiently using the spinning method, a cold moulding process creating a single-weld profile. This fully automated process reduces lead time, works up to 8m diameter in various steels, and lowers the ecological footprint, significantly reducing emissions in both production and operation.
Easy to replace or refit
Another benefit: when replacing your old nozzle, existing vessel designs do not have to be modified. The new profile fits seamlessly into the current construction.
